As I grew up in an artists' family, painting is my life. In my artworks, I am fascinated by how the light and shadow play on different shapes and spaces. Creating shape and dimensions by using lines and tonality is an exciting task as well.
From 1995 to 2012 I used to paint in cooperation with artist Mareks Gureckis. We painted a lot of compositions with women, chess, and antique vases.
My style of painting is realism with a touch of magic. I love to paint still life, but sometimes, you can call it a portrait of objects. Sometimes I paint landscapes, but it is more my vision of the sea or forest than a real one. I am not a typical landscape painter, but nature gives me a lot of inspiration.Education:
